The annual Long Point Race Week Invitational Regatta hosted by Balboa & Newport Harbor Yacht Clubs was held in Newport Beach, CA and Catalina Island, August 24-26, 2018. Three races were run, Newport Beach to Long Point, Catalina, then a buoy race at Ship Rock, Catalina, followed by the race back to Newport Beach.

Come Aboard Claude
Launched in October 2016, one of the newest Reichel/Pugh projects is the slippery 68' Performance Cruiser. The yacht was designed for cruising short-handed along the southern California coastline with the ability to comfortably overnight in Catalina Island harbors and other nearby weekend destinations. While comfort and aesthetics were the priority, the owner was also focused on a performance design that would offer fast rides in the southern California thermal breezes. The result is hi-tech composite structure with a beautiful functional interior by Nauta, Milan, Italy.
